Leider lange Lieferzeit

Hätte mir eigentlich erwartet, dass der bestellte Selchschopf nicht 8 Tage braucht um geliefert zu werden. Frag mich wie lange er wirklich unterwegs war und ob das dann keine Auswirkungen auf Geschmack und Frische hat. Aber das kann ich erst nach dem Öffnen sagen.

Sie haben mit der Lieferzeit absolut recht. Aufgrund des hohen Bestellvolumens wurde Ihre Ware erst nach dem Wochenende versendet, damit es auch nicht übers Wochenende liegen bleibt. Hier werde ich mich in Zukunft bemühen schneller zu reagieren.
Bezüglich frische kann ich Ihnen garantieren, dass es absolut kein Problem gibt. Ihre Ware wurde am Vormittag des Versandtages frisch verpackt und an Sie versendet. Lt. Sendungsverlauf war die Ware binnen 24h bei Ihnen.

Ich hoffe das Produkt schmeckt Ihnen und ich darf Sie in Zukunft auch wieder beliefern.
