Our Munich white sausages represent genuine, traditional enjoyment – ​​a classic of Bavarian-Austrian tavern culture. Made from fine pork and tender veal (10%) , refined with fresh chives, mild bacon and select spices.

Filled in edible natural casings (pork casings) , the sausages impress with their light structure, mild and spicy taste and delicate consistency.

preparation

Traditionally, white sausages are warmed in hot water (do not boil!) and then served with sweet mustard and fresh pretzels – that's what real pub enjoyment tastes like.
