Our Wild House Sausages are a hearty specialty made from high-quality venison and pork from Austria . Refined with select spices, smoked over beechwood and air-dried, they offer an intense flavor – rustic, honest and perfect for a hearty snack.

A pair of these raw sausages brings around 150g of the finest game flavor to the plate – ideal for a cold platter, in a mountain hut, for a hiking snack or simply in between.
