Cured & cold-smoked salmon - whole with skin
Immerse yourself in the distinctive taste of our cured and smoked salmon, which is carefully cold-smoked over beech wood in Bad Mitterndorf.
The fish come from Norwegian aquaculture facilities, where they are raised under harsh marine conditions and constant movement to ensure the highest quality.
Each pack contains approximately 500g of the finest salmon, which is cured and smoked using traditional methods.
The salmon is not cut open and comes with the skin on.

At suitable storage temperature, 21 days in a vacuum (see label)
